I use Countabout all the time.

It allows you to keep track of your own personal daily counts (weight, exercise, calories, money spent, etc.).

It’s really well done.

I like a few widgets but hate Dashboard. I use Amnesty instead. Check it out. Very worthwhile!

No need to use the Dictionary widget if you just want to check the definition of a word on your screen…in any Cocoa application (including Safari) just hold down Cmd-Ctrl-D and hover over the word you want to look up.

Thanks for the heads-up, I now use Revenue Sense as you recommended. It takes the place of another AdSense widget which really was full of problems. Revenue Sense is sweet!

A couple I use all the time:

To keep me up to date on my fav TV programs, reminds me a loved show is upcoming. Now I know Dexter, Big Love, Weeds, Hell’s Kitchen and John From Cincinnati are all soon to be aired. Easy to add new shows or deep six others. I read JFC is to be axed by the network….we did need crib notes for the past two shows. Still though, a worthy effort by Showtime.

coconutBattery – watch the charge cycles on my MBP

Midnight – put the Mac into deep sleep

iStatPro – watch overall machine usage stats (this one is absolutely awesome, there’s so much information available)
