I kind of flew over it, since I don´t have to use a picture-randomizer in the way described here (yet). But what I´ve found for the pictures is this nice little plugin, doing the photoshop-part (framing the pics & polaroid-effect) via javascript: http://planetozh.com/blog/2007/06/instant-polaroid-effect-to-your-pictures-with-javascript/ I tried it & it works pretty well.
