I did write an Excel 2000 book (seven years ago) and covered that feature on page 212. To my knowledge, however, the warning dialog that you're probably seeing cannot be disabled in Excel 2000. In later versions, there is a preferences setting to disable it. Sorry I can't be more help. I no longer have Excel 2000; Excel 2007 is the current version.
